I will also introduce leadership communication skills to ensure that the qualified people are able to hired to add value to the finance department. The load of purchases and output of sales will also be increased through the application of this strategy.
Through the coverage of the daily operations of the firm, the different departments can be able to accomplish the different tasks thus meeting the firm’s daily goals. The introduction of a working schedule will be helpful in ensuring that the workers accomplish and find more daily tasks. It will also act as a motivation for the employees to work hard to complete the tasks. Before the employees are hired, they will be placed under a performance contract to measure their output. My main agenda in the firm’s department will be to ensure to find more reforms which are to be implemented.
